Canada Day (Fête du Canada), Monday, July 1, will arrive a little early in Panama this year. From Thursday, June 26 to Sunday, June 30, a “Taste of Canada” gastronomic celebration is taking place at the Hotel InterContinental Miramar Panama’s Bay View Restaurant.
The “Savour Canada” gourmet menu is available to the public at Bay View Restaurant from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. A special lineup of Canadian products and recipes will also be featured at the Sunday brunch on June 30.
A Canadian agricultural and gastronomic trade mission now in Panama is making the event possible. The mission represents some 15 companies promoting their Canadian food products in collaboration with the Canadian Embassy and the Panama-Canada Chamber of Commerce.
