Panama is becoming not only a logistic hub, but also the place where the food connoisseurs of the region are getting together to celebrate the fine art of cooking. The food fair Panama Gastronomica this weekend offers the perfect venue for the general public to get together with the finest chefs and at the same time see what the country has to offer with to regards to high cuisine.
This gastronomical festival now in its fourth edition will take place from Friday August 30 to Sunday September 1 at the Atlapa Convention Center. This year theme is “Gastronomy in the Digital Era,” but the famous international and national chefs who will demonstrate their talents are there in the flesh, not digital and consequently their part of the event is called “Chefs Unplugged”.
The MicroBrew Fest within Panama Gastronomica, will give the opportunity to savor more than 22 varieties of national and international beer while enjoying at the same time the food that they complement perfectly.
