A romantic night with Daniel Bulguin
Daniel Bulguin is a natural musician, who without any formal training, has become a well-known vocalist. Born in 1940, he started singing at a very early age and later on, formed the successful group “Soul Fantastics” famous for the cover “Mujer”. A concert to mark his comeback to support the great national combos will take place on Thursday September 12 at the Paradise Banquet Hall (Galerias Obarrio, Via España) from 5:00 p.m. onwards.
Tickets are pre-sale $5 and on the day of the event at the venue for $10. To reserve a table for 10 to 12 people is an extra $5.
Many will remember Bulguin from years ago when the “Soul Fantastics” played with the “Gran Combo” or when he was Toby Muñoz’s vocalist. He will delight his fans with romantic and nostalgic songs from groups like Los Angeles Negros, Vicentico Valdés, Roberto Ledesma and Germain De la Fuente among others.
Bulguin said that his voice “comes from God” and although he never took singing lessons he adopted the correct techniques. During an interview with The Visitor, the singer said that it was difficult to “make it” earlier in his career, but now thanks to modern technology, it is easier to find recognition.
He likes to share his knowledge and years of experience with others and trained the Brisas del Golf Catholic Church choir and they eventually won a choir competition.
Daniel will share the spotlight with another great singer Joseph John and the DJ Tommy Barret. For more information, tickets and reservations call: 6233-8004 or 6702-6316 or 6840-4627.
