Pizzaiolo was a dream of Luisa Fernanda Gómez who in 2006 opened her small pizzeria in Clayton. Since then the pizzeria has become a firm favorite among the residents of the area. In May, Pizzaiolo moved its location to the new plaza in the City of Knowledge, attracting more people who work in the area.

Pizzaiolo has a wood oven that gives a special taste to their pizzas, reminding us of the olden days. Their artisanal pizzas have a thin and crunchy dough, and are prepared with high quality ingredients, completely natural. Great variety gives clients many options including the most popular: vegetarian, mixed, and napolitana. Clients have the option as well, to make their pizzas their way selecting from a list of ingredients.

Not in the mood for pizza? Pizzaiolo also has delicious gyros covered with salsiki and calzones. The menu includes pasta options, such as a ricotta and spinach lasagna and a great variety of spaghettis. Vegetarian clients will be happy to find options tailored for them in the menu.

Pizzaiolo is located in Plaza Ciudad del Saber in the City of Knowledge, open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday.

On Facebook you can find the pizzeria as: Pizzaiolo – Panamá
