Panamalia, the first international pets and veterinary fair of Central America, will take place at the Vasco Núñez de Balboa Convention Center at the El Panama Hotel in Panama City on Friday, October 4 and Saturday, October 5. The event is open to the public on Friday, October 4 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday, October 5 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tickets cost $6. It is expected that more than a hundred exhibitors will be present at the fair.
Attendees at the event will have the opportunity to see obedience trials, canine hairdressing, veterinary seminars and a dog fashion show where original and unique clothes will be modeled by four-legged beauties.
There will be to be an adoption area where information can be found about how to take home a new friend and there are going to be animals available from the different animal protection leagues which are looking for a new home.
Exhibitors from different parts of the globe will show new pet care products, and veterinarians will be on hand to give health and care advice.
Panamalia aims to be an annual event that will unite those in the pet industry and those who want to become part of it. It is the ideal platform, according to its organizers, to launch new products, publicize good and services, make new contacts and get to know the latest scientific advances.
