The annual flea market features a “day of painting” in which the entire family can get involved.

The good folks at Color Me Mine in Punta Pacífica will be hosting their annual Flea Market on Sunday, March 30 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. The event is sponsored by the Kol Shearith Congregation and all funds raised will go to benefit the activities of the synagogue’s sisterhood.

Known for the quality goods that will be available for purchase at the event, the Flea Market will feature vintage articles, art, jewelry, perfumes, home décor items and Judaica ceramics.

Visitors are also encouraged to take part in a “day of painting” being held concurrently on the premises. Thelma Sherman, owner of the local Color Me Mine franchise where the event will be taking place, will be on hand with her helpful staff to guide anyone wishing to try their hand at decorating their very own ceramic pieces.

“Everyone is an artist,” she tells us. The entire family can have fun in a group activity whose end result is a nice keepsake to take home and enjoy. 25% of proceeds raised from the “day of painting” will also go to benefit the activities of the Kol Shearith sisterhood.

Color Me Mine is located on the ground floor of the Aqualina building in Punta Pacífica near Paitilla. For those who wish to obtain more information on this event, please contact Color Me Mine by calling 392-6926.
