Property entrepreneur, John Hitchcox, and designer, Phillippe Starck, co-founders of yoo Worldwide, recently paid a visit to the country to inaugurate their latest venture, Yoopanama, a luxury residential complex located on Avenida Balboa built in collaboration with Habitats Developments. The building comprises two towers offering 1- and 2-bedroom, loft style apartments as well as penthouse suites with spectacular views of the Bay and the City.
The lobby reflects Yoo’s playful attitude with its giant, wooden horse, an adult-sized teeter-totter and a swing set. Yoopanama residents will enjoy a pool with cabins on site, a gymnasium which features the latest in technology, a complete spa, a special area for children and two squash courts.
Yoo Worldwide has worked over the last decade to bring to market more than 60 projects in 29 different countries in Asia, Australia, Europe, Africa, North and South America and the Middle East. They work with leading, contemporary designers, including Jade Jagger, Kelly Hoppen and Steve Leung, to create spaces in which people can “live, work and play better.”
Habitats Developments promotes the most exclusive properties in Panama City and strives toward offering their clients the latest generation in design and the highest level of luxury. They currently have 3000 apartments for sale and manage over 95,000 sq. meters of office and retail space.
