The group is sponsoring their third Regional Photography Contest and Exhibit, for which they are taking submissions from professionals and amateurs alike until Friday, August 29. The theme of the contest is “Por ser niña” (For Being a Girl).

Professional entries are eligible to win $300 for third place, $500 for second and $1000 for first. Amateur entries are eligible to win $100 for third place, $250 for second and $500 for first.

All the contest rules are detailed online at Concursoporsernina.org where a portal can also be found for uploading your images for judging.
