Located in the highland cloud forest, Los Quetzales Ecolodge & Spa is ideal for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. At 7,260 feet above sea level, the reserve has the highest elevation accommodation facilities in the country, and is located within the primary forest of Volcan Baru National Park.

Now the Los Quetzales Ecolodge Healing Spa is offering the ancient Chinese practice of Tai Chi, classes that help to promote relaxation and balance.

T’ai Chi Ch’uan, better known as Tai Chi, is a meditative martial art with multiple alternative health applications. This practice sharpens mental acuity and increases metabolism. Such methods can help to rejuvenate the body and balance one’s energy.
