INAC announces new hours for its museums in Casco Antiguo

The National Institute of Culture (INAC) recently announced that its two museums in Casco Antiguo will have new opening hours.

Visitors will find the History Museum, located in the Municipal Palace, next to the Canal Museum

The Museum of Colonial Religious Art will now be open Tuesday – Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Saturdays from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Sundays from 2 – 5 p.m. Located on Calle 3 and Avenida A next to the Arco Chato, the museum is free to enter.

The History Museum will now be open to the public Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.; and Saturdays from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. It is located in Avenida 7 Central in the Municipal Palace facing Plaza de la Independencia. Admission is $1 for adults and tourists; $0.75 for retirees and $0.25 for children.
