The honeymoon is the most important event after the wedding and choosing the right place to spend those first days together and create romantic memories is paramount. Panama can cater for every taste from deserted islands, to mountain retreats or beach resorts with all the amenities to make the bride and groom happy. Here are a few suggestions for that important moment in your life together.

Boca Brava

Boca Brava.

Bocas del Toro: For those who like outdoor activities, this destination offers pristine white sand beaches surrounded by tropical forests, caverns to explore, great snorkelling and scuba diving. There is a great variety of plants and a botanical garden. Red Frog beach is a great place to visit.

Boca Brava Island: Located in the Gulf of Chiriqui, is part of a national marine park. It has many paths to hike, tropical beaches with white sand, monkeys, marine turtles and 280 species of birds.

Boquete: If you prefer template climate, this a mountain town, in the western province of Chiriqui, with its stunning views is ideal. Relax in a spa, go water rafting or kayaking, see the jungle from a zip line or simply visit a coffee plantation and taste one of the best coffees in the world. The ideal place to combine adventure with relaxation.
