Ice skating is a sport not only reserved for countries with a cold climate during the Christmas season, because although we are in the tropics, without a snowflake in sight, children and adults can enjoy unforgettable moments in two ice rinks recently installed in the capital city.

Coastal Strip

From Saturday, November 28, the magic of Christmas can be enjoyed on the Coastal Strip. This is the first time a rink has been installed there and Panamanians and foreigners alike will be able to skate and welcome the end of the year festivities.

“Christmas Ice World” will be open to the public from 10am to 10pm. Gaitan Bros is the company who is organizing this event, which will close at the beginning of January, 2016.

Every weekend there will be musical shows, plays, an inflatable world, fitness classes, dances, cookery demonstrations and arcade games. Entrance costs $10 for 30 minutes, and includes a locker and a pair of skates per person. Tickets for sale at PanaTickets.com
