The National Ballet will perform on Friday 14 and Saturday, October 15 at the Balboa Theater from 8:00 p.m, courtesy of the National Culture Institute, (INAC). There will be a matinee on Thursday 14 at 10:30 a.m. for schools and nonprofit organizations totally free.
The program has a varied repertoire with different styles such as the Rose Adagio from Sleeping Beauty, music by Tchaikovsky; Spring Waters, music by Rachmaninoff; Suite of “La Bayadere” as well as the arrangement of “Allegro Brillante” by Alberto González; the premier of “Blanco” by Diguar Sapi and “Sin límites” by Iván Herazo. Around 25 professional dancers will be on stage delighting the public with their talent.
Tickets cost $5.00 and are for sale at the National Ballet Offices on Monday, October 10 be from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (telephone 501-4150) and the day of the event at the Balboa Theater box office from 8:00 a. m. (telephone 228-0327).
