Private clubs are not a novelty in Panama, but a country club that offers a wide range of amenities suited for every member of the family is a unique find.

For the enjoyment of the families in Panama, next year, Santa Maria Country Club will open, inside the exclusive gated community of Santa María Golf & Country Club. It is important to mention that membership to the club is open to non-residents and residents of Santa Maria, giving families the opportunity to meet new people and make valuable connections.

Raquel Gonzalez, General Manager, said to “The Visitor” that the Club seeks to “create a sense of community where all the family members can have fun, and at the same time, enjoy the benefits of networking while making new friends. We are looking for young professional families of all nationalities”. According to Gonzalez, members and their families will not have to go anywhere else, once they enter the club which will feature a spa, barber shop, lounge/bar, a bowling alley, game room (arcade type), discotheque, a 1,000 meter event room, an Olympic and a recreational pool, a restaurant, a sports bar and a kids club. The outdoors facilities are scheduled to open by mid-2018.
