The Belisario Porras, located in the city of Las Tablas, Los Santos province, pays homage to Santa Librada, patron saint of this city, within the framework of her festival with the exhibit “The costumes of Santa Librada”.
This lovely exhibition will be opened to the public until Sunday, August 6. National and foreign visitors will be able to appreciate the 30 costumes used to dress this popular saint.
This year the museum expects to surpass the figure of 1,000 visitors, because this exhibition not only is gaining popularity with the devouts, but also with tourists who are coming to admire the tunics and ornaments of Santa Librada.
This exhibit will be opened to the public Tuesday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. Entrance cost: 0.75 cents for adults, 0.50 cents for pensioners and 0.25 for children and students.
