One again, Saril, the restaurant at Le Meridien Hotel, participated in Menu Panama which took place this year on Friday 2 and Sunday, February 3 in the Convent of the Jesus Company in Casco Antiguo. The event was a celebration of street food.

Visitors who came to the stand had four delicious options to choose from, all of them with a Panamanian twist: beef kebab, hamburguer, pork belly and yucca croquettes with fish.

The most popular dish was the pork belly, whose ingredients included puffed rice, marinated black beans, panela and saril.
