Aerial acrobatics at Aero Expo Panama
Aero Expo Panama (AEP) 2018, the commercial and marketing fair for civil aviation and helicopters in Panama, Latin America and the Caribbean , this year will include an aerial acrobatic show. The event will take place on Wednesday 21 and Thursday, March 22 at the Panama Pacifico International Airport in the former air base of Howard.
In addition to the exhibitions, the latest models of executive planes and helicopters for the private sector will be on display where aviation aficionados will be able to inspect the craft up close, even if they cannot afford one. There will also be workshops and seminars with international speakers.
The aim of the fair is to promote Panama as an integral tourist destination for both business and pleasure. According to the AEP organizer, Yvan Boniface, there has been great interest in the event from neighboring countries, which have requested information.
The Viper Acrobatic Aerial Show will be performed by Jason Newburg, an extreme acrobatics pilot who loves to share his high energy performances with air show audiences. He keeps Viper spectators on the edge of their seats and leaves them begging for more.
His plane is an air show aircraft designed to entertain and leave a lasting impression.
Using the Pitts S2S as its foundation, the Viper has taken years of aircraft evolution and wrapped it into one exhilaration machine.
Custom-built to performance specifications, powered by Lycoming engine, an MT propeller and coated in premium PPG paint, the Viper dazzles and shines in heart-stopping performances.
Both days of the fair open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Entrance for the two days costs $25.
