A show which takes inspiration from New York cabaret is the new offering of the Theater Guild of Ancon. “Cabaret Caliente” will be a surprise for everybody, because each performance will have different singers and dancers. The public can look forward to an elegant evening of naughty and spicy fun, featuring some of Panama’s most exciting up and coming talent and showcasing some of your longtime favorite performers.
Every night the show will change the singing, dancing, skits, comedians, and appearances by special guest performers, plus a surprise furry performance; and from the Breakfast Show with Gerry D… Yes…Gerry D…on stage nightly.
This show is the collaboration of Ingrid MacCartney and Keitha Kushner with the assistance of many talented show people living in Panama. It is funny. It is sweet. It is naughty with some sexy and some not so sexy performers, you can decide.
The show starts at 8 p.m. on Thursday 17, Friday 18, Saturday 19, Thursday 24, Friday 25, Saturday 26 and Thursday, May 31 and on Friday 1 and Saturday, June 2. Tickets cost $18 general seating and Limited Premium on Stage seating $25 pre-sale and for sale at http://anconguild.com/ and www.mieventos.com/event-detail/cc.
The Theatre Guild of Ancon was founded in 1950 by a group of Panamanian and American citizens who were interested in developing English language theater in Panama. Their productions run the gamut of the theatrical spectrum – from modern, controversial dramas, to comedies and family entertainment, to musicals.
