ASMF A musical feast for Panama City
The 12th Alfredo De Saint Malo International Music Festival (ASMF) will be held in different locations of Panama City from Wednesday, May 30 to Sunday June 10. The festival will bring together 34 international musicians – from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, the United States, France, Greece, Mexico, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Uruguay and Venezuela.
There will be concerts, master classes, workshops, soloist competitions and the opportunity to be part of the Orchestra of the Alfredo De Saint Malo International Music Festival directed this year by Master Darwin Aquino.
The public will have the opportunity to listen to musicians such as the Panamanian folkloric group, Los Juglares, the Youth Polyphonic Choir of Santiago, the National Network of Children’s and Youth Orchestras and Choirs of Panama, the Ensemble Solistas de Panama, the Viscoli – Rieppel Piano Duo from the United States and the Ordinarius (Vocal Ensemble, Brazil)
The Alfredo de Saint Malo Festival 2018 is a project created by the Fundación Sinfonía Concertante de Panamá (FUNSINCOPA), with the purpose of bringing together national and international musicians in a great cultural and artistic exchange.
