MoMA Museum. A collection of 45 paintings made with oil and beeswax in antique wood, by the Nicaraguan artist and writer, Maritza Sevilla. The works tell the story of a hummingbird that lives in Taboga, “the Island of the Flowers”, located in Panama Bay. The hummingbird gets trapped in a storm that takes him to Siberia; there he goes in search of an unknown flower he dreamt about, which he finally found in that unhospitable place.
